It's okay to say no.
If you've ever taken any team building exercise or improv class, you've most likely heard of the concept of 'Yes and.' There's problem with 'Yes and' that typically overlooked.
It's not meant to be literal.
Saying yes, is more about validation of ideas. You want to create a safe space for everyone to share their ideas and thoughts, without saying yes to something that is going to be ineffective or waste time.
