Reverse the Usual Advice

Write the obvious advice everyone gives about your work. The stuff that shows up in every article and every conference talk.

Then reverse each one and take the reversal seriously for two minutes.

Post consistently, every day, becomes post rarely and only when you have something.
Know your audience becomes make the thing you want and find out who shows up.
Always be closing becomes never close, just be useful and wait.

Some reversals are obviously stupid. Fine. Some have heat in them, and the ones with heat are where your actual point of view lives.

Standard advice is standard because it is safe, and safe advice is very crowded. The other side is not.
